I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton in Hannover, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by Tobias, who made us feel incredibly welcome and special. The level of hospitality extended throughout our entire stay, leaving a lasting impression.Our housekeeper, who took care of Room 328, demonstrated professionalism and politeness in his duties. The room was impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for our stay. It was evident that attention to detail was a priority for the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton. The breakfast staff, particularly Katarzyna and Febi, were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that our dining experience was delightful. Their friendly and accommodating nature added an extra touch to our mornings, and we appreciated their willingness to assist with any requests we had. During lunch and dinner, we were fortunate to have Tristan as our server. His exceptional service and attentiveness truly made our meals special. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on, and his friendly demeanor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would like to extend a big thank you to the entire team, for consistently providing outstanding customer service. Their ability to communicate effectively in English was a significant advantage for international guests like us. The hotel itself exuded elegance and charm, with a beautiful ambiance that enhanced our overall experience. The rooms were spacious, allowing us to relax and unwind in comfort after a long day of exploring Hannover. Modern hotel close to city & attractions. The reception staff were very helpful during our stay & the cookie on arrival was lovely. Room was spacious clean & comfortable parking was easy . Breakfast was good & the Breakfast staff went out off their way to make us welcome

The room was spacious and ready on arrival. Parking was in the same building and secure. You could reach the city centre by foot. The room was clean and tidy. We had an excellent variety in the breakfast buffet. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Located about 10 minutes walk from the Main Railway Station which is handy to come from/to the airport. It takes about 10-12 minutes to walk to the Old Town with nice bars and restaurants. Wi-Fi worked fine without stupid registration and passwords. The iron and the board were available in the room - likewise a tea kettle.

First of all, a beautiful and pleasant hotel. The family room we stayed in was huge and well designed, very comfortable beds, we really liked it. Helpful and generous staff, standard breakfast but was excellent. The hotel is in a very good location, the city center, there is parking and in general an excellent hotel for its price. If we are in the area we will return to the same hotel. Recommend to everyone.
