I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton in Hannover, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by Tobias, who made us feel incredibly welcome and special. The level of hospitality extended throughout our entire stay, leaving a lasting impression.Our housekeeper, who took care of Room 328, demonstrated professionalism and politeness in his duties. The room was impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for our stay. It was evident that attention to detail was a priority for the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton. The breakfast staff, particularly Katarzyna and Febi, were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that our dining experience was delightful. Their friendly and accommodating nature added an extra touch to our mornings, and we appreciated their willingness to assist with any requests we had. During lunch and dinner, we were fortunate to have Tristan as our server. His exceptional service and attentiveness truly made our meals special. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on, and his friendly demeanor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would like to extend a big thank you to the entire team, for consistently providing outstanding customer service. Their ability to communicate effectively in English was a significant advantage for international guests like us. The hotel itself exuded elegance and charm, with a beautiful ambiance that enhanced our overall experience. The rooms were spacious, allowing us to relax and unwind in comfort after a long day of exploring Hannover. The cleanliness and attention to detail were commendable, ensuring a pleasant stay from the moment we entered our room.In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough of our weekend stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hannover. Had a suite with balcony and it was worth it. Amazing room and wonderful Big balcony. The room was very nice with sofa and tv wich could be turned in 2 directions, towards the bed and towards the sofa/lounge area. The hotel has a perfect location for a city break. Close to trainstation and centre. Train station is allmost a city it self. The Hotel is nice, clean and very easy to find driving by car. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very very freindly. Perfect hotel both short and longer stay.

First of all, a beautiful and pleasant hotel. The family room we stayed in was huge and well designed, very comfortable beds, we really liked it. Helpful and generous staff, standard breakfast but was excellent. The hotel is in a very good location, the city center, there is parking and in general an excellent hotel for its price. If we are in the area we will return to the same hotel. Recommend to everyone.

Located a short distance from the main railway station but in a quiet area. An easy walk to the main parts of the city and Christmas markets. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of varied choice. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We found all members of staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. Gym and spa facilities were available but we did not use them.

Located about 10 minutes walk from the Main Railway Station which is handy to come from/to the airport. It takes about 10-12 minutes to walk to the Old Town with nice bars and restaurants. Wi-Fi worked fine without stupid registration and passwords. The iron and the board were available in the room - likewise a tea kettle.
